The Skyline Tower is a 22-storey high-rise building with two fourand sixstorey plinth buildings, located on the northern edge of Munich’s park district of Schwabing. With a continual glass facade the elongated parts of the „Campus“ building and the tower form a spatially and visually harmonious entity. The building has been designed to allow extremely flexible partitioning of the rooms in line with the wishes of the tenant so that individual as well as open-plan offices or a combination of both are possible. The transparent steel and glass construction of the „Skyline Tower“ combines a modern, thermally insulated glass facade with the use of energy-saving technology for heating and cooling, ventilation and air-condtioning as well as the electrical installations.
