The Lindenplatz business house along the Erms river consists of three buildings the outline of which follows the course of the streets and of the river. The houses have three upper storeys and one common basement. The facade is divided into a ventilated brick facade and a two-storey curved insulation glass facade following perfectly the complex geometry of the ground plan.
